Dating in the Dark is an event that you do not want to miss! This is an exclusive event where you will get to enjoy an evening with Slow Dating whilst eating in complete darkness. We have hired Dans Le Noir exclusively for the night - it's the only place in the UK of its kind. It is an inimitable experience, giving you the opportunity to enjoy fabulous food in a completely unique environment, whilst chatting to other single professionals. Dating in the Dark is something you have to experience at least once in your life. It is an evening where whilst appreciating fine food, you will come to appreciate the value of all your senses



How it works

You are going to have an evening with a difference. As you will be dining in the dark, this will be an evening where your other senses will be heightened. To take part, you must be single, and looking to be in a relationship. The format of the evening will be different to a normal Slow Dating evening. On arrival around 6:45pm, our hosts will escort girls and guys to separate bars to build up the anticipation. We aim to have everyone seated for the meal at 7:15pm. Grab a drink and relax in eagerness and excitement of the unknown. Our hosts will give a run through of the night and explain how you attract attention in the dark.

To begin with, a blind or vision impaired guide will escort the guys into the pitch black restaurant and help them to their seats. Once all the guys are seated, we will bring all the girls in and get everyone settled. At all times, you will have a designated guide who will only be a step away should you need refreshments or assistance.



As you will be in total and complete darkness you are able to savour and enjoy the company of your ‘dates’ and arouse all the senses but sight. The 2 course meal is a mystery a wonderful surprise that will get you thinking. Be sure to know the food is freshly cooked and prepared to the highest standard of this award winning French cuisine, Don’t worry about eating frogs legs and snails though – they taste better than they look! Only kidding, but suffice to say you could be eating food you never thought you would like, or like the look of!

After this extraordinary event you will be escorted to the fully lit lounge and bar where all will be revealed.
