What is Speed Dating?

Speed Dating is where you get to meet many people in a short space of time. Men and women are rotated to meet each other in a fun evening, by enjoying a series of short dates.

What happens when you arrive?

When you arrive, you'll be greeted by our friendly host. They are all very professional and will take your name, match it to their list and give you a personalised, numbered name tag to wear. You can then head to the bar and grab a drink, relax and wait for the evening to begin.

What is Slow Dating?

While Speed Dating usually lasts three minutes, at Slow Dating you have four minutes to get to know your date.

Why is it 4 minutes?

We believe that four minutes is just long enough that your date will want to learn more about you, but not too long tif the other person isn't suitable.

How many dates will I have?

You normally get between 15-20 dates, depending on the location.

Who goes Speed Dating?

A good mix of people go speed dating, most of them are busy professionals who may not have the time to go out after work or to go find that special person.

We hold events for 20s, 30,s 40 and 50s plus. We hold more events for different age ranges than any other speed dating company in the UK.

Can I go on my own?

Of course! Our hosts are very welcoming, so if you do come on your own, they'll have a chat with you and put you at ease.

Should I bring a friend?

You can bring a friend as moral support and we understand that some people feel a bit nervous their first time.

What do I wear for Speed Dating?

We don't have a dress code for our events, but we'd recommend that you wear something comfortable that you feel confident in.

What should I talk about?
